EXCELLENT SERVICE Took the vehicle in for an oil change. There was a tiny little "ding" on the front side of the car which was there when we had recently purchased it. Planet Nissan offered to have it fixed, and they did. And while it was in the body shop for a few days they offered a nice rental car ( free of charge ). Service Excellence We have two vehicles in our driveway from Planet Nissan. In total 6 in the last 8 years. Each one of our vehicles are only serviced there at Planet. The primary reason is because of Heath our Service Adviser. Heath, has an excellent commitment to service for all we need to get completed when we get our vehicles serviced. Heath is probably the single biggest reason we first still get our vehicles @ Planet and second Heath is the best overall in terms of customer relationship. More
