Time was taken to explain every detail so I didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured. The deal presented met my budget, the ease of financing was so simple I didn't realize I had been approved. These guys were professional, genuine, and above board. Often the sales team fast talk and slick you into contracts that are disgraceful. I believe I was treated quite fairly and I like my Rogue.
