The service was just for multiple recalls. I appreciated how they didn’t try to upsell me on any service but they made me seem stupid because they couldn’t find my appointment in their system I appreciated how they didn’t try to upsell me on any service but they made me seem stupid because they couldn’t find my appointment in their system at first. The waiting area was overly crowded. Their online service status system doesn’t update, so don’t be watching it for any ideas on when to expect your service to be completed. More

I went in for service. My ac need a new compressor, I waited 3 and half hours before anyone informed me they needed to keep my car. I spoke with the service manager he was nice he comped me a rental. He and Jenna were great. Debbie needs more training in customer service.. I have never had bad service before. This was off putting. Also the manger took $170. Off my $2800.bill. More
