The car service is great, never had a problem. It's just that I've been to many Nissan dealerships and this one by far needs the most work and improvement on its customer shuttle service. Driver said he worked until 4:30 pm and when we called the receptionist said no shuttle service after 3:30pm. That is very early knowing that customers cars are still being worked on. Many other Nissan dealers have shuttle service past 3:30pm. If customers are within range limits for shuttle service past 3:30pm while their car is being worked on they should have that service on hand More

She was very nice and told me that she would make an earlier appointment. Her attitude was great which was the first time someone on the phone seemed helpful.
