The reason you received a good and NOT Great: In the rest area where the cars are located, I was on my computer and one worker behind the desk started talking politics. That was a little disturbing, we are in a highly sensitive and hostile environment across the nation and to have a worker discussing politics in a loud voice, is unprofessional and unacceptable. On the flip side, this is an opportunity for personal development training on Customer Interaction Training or Customer Service Training. More
