I had 2 keys for a key recall for my Nissan Rogue - but the assigned associate said I had to wait 1.5 hours for them to fix my key recall, even though I made an appointment. I should not have to wait (it ended up being 2 hours) and spend my precious time for an error your company made that is potentially putting people's lives in danger. I opted to NOT wait, and therefore only 1 key has been fixed. I tried to negotiate with Sonia to come back after 2 hours, give the other key and pick it up later - but was told NISSAN'S RECALL PROGRAM WOULD NOT PAY for that scenario, I could only leave the key(s) once. SHAMEFUL! This is why I miss my BMW! WHEN A COMPANY MAKES A MISTAKE THAT IS A RISK TO OUR LIVES, DON'T INSULT US WITH MAKING US SIT THERE FOR 2 HOURS AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. WE HAVE BUSY LIVES AND HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN SIT IN A COLD WAITING ROOM! More

They’re quick to get you into a new car when you take your car to get serviced. And I went in for an oil change and once the inspection was done I was sent some things to either deny or accepted I accept your car to get serviced. And I went in for an oil change and once the inspection was done I was sent some things to either deny or accepted I accepted more work to be done but my car had already been handed over so those things were not done. I also had recalls on my vehicle and no one brought it up like they had usually done in the past. I was not offered any oil change packages or asked any questions or if I had any concerns either. More
