My vehicle takes 5qts and only 4 were filled according to the receipt. I checked the oil level after a few days and my dipstick is way above its range. In the end my Altima was fixed and I am very happy with the end result and dealing with Alex. He was given my catastrophe including poor communication and he calmly confirmed the transmission (the 3rd) w the end result and dealing with Alex. My TRUWARRANTY limits my repairs to only Nissan Dealerships, but from now on I will insist on contacting Alex for my car's repairs. More
