Upon having an appointment time, it still took over four hours to install a simple car battery. Overall, service department did a good job. Not really pleased with this visit. I scheduled an appointment for 7:15 and arrived at 7:00 letting it be known that I'd be waiting there. I got no answer and saw 10 minutes later that all of a sudden the checker was at the next to last phase. My key was finally brought to me at 10:00 with no explanation. 3 hours for just an oil change, when I had an appointment is ridiculous. More

I was scheduled for an oil change at 8:30 am , arrive on time and didn’t leave until after 11am. I know they take time but that seemed excessive. I received a list of “issues” my car “has” , which was stran time and didn’t leave until after 11am. I know they take time but that seemed excessive. I received a list of “issues” my car “has” , which was strange to me because when I took it to the Nissan dealer in CA to get my oil changed I had very minimal & insignificant issues (I need a tune up). Once I left this location had some issues with my battery & thermostat. They are telling me it’s 180 to have it looked at. I only came here because I was visiting from socal & wanted to be sure my car was good to get thru the desert again. I won’t be back. Thanks but no thanks. More
