Nothing spectacular, just a basic dealership service area. Customer Service was lacking from everyone from the guy who greeted me, to my Service Advisor and the Cashier. A few days ago, the battery of my Nissan Sentra, which was 32 days old at the time, just died. There was no reason why. After AAA jumped it, I drove straight to Planet Nissan Centennial, and the service d was 32 days old at the time, just died. There was no reason why. After AAA jumped it, I drove straight to Planet Nissan Centennial, and the service department ran diagnostics. They said nothing was found, and charged it. The service was very good, and in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, I will keep an eye on the health of the battery. More
Service dept lied about what was wrong with my car. They said u needed $4500 worth of work needed and that I had a cracked exhaust manifold but told me if I wanted to see a picture of the cracked manif They said u needed $4500 worth of work needed and that I had a cracked exhaust manifold but told me if I wanted to see a picture of the cracked manifold they would have to charge me for showing it to them. They sent some random pictures which didn’t show any cracks anywhere. The only thing they were right about was I needed spark plugs because of my mileage. I found several reviews online stating that they send fake pictures to customers to make them think something is wrong with their car. More
I can’t even begin to express how frustrated I am. I will say, I initially came for 1 problem and left with the same issue over a thousand dollars later.
