I haven't had the best experiences with Nissan, It has been difficult at every angle. Service has been a nightmare, we schedule online and it somehow doesn't schedule, this has happened 2 times now. I requested a multi-point inspection, and received one. Among the issues which were addressed, I agreed to have a lube/oil filter & oil change, a battery terminal service, and to have my drive belt replace Among the issues which were addressed, I agreed to have a lube/oil filter & oil change, a battery terminal service, and to have my drive belt replaced. The work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was slightly high, but I anticipated that. No problem. Oddly, my volt meter gauge is now spiking intermittently while the vehicle is in transit. I'm wondering why this is happening, and how the shop technicians could've overlooked a potential issue. Although I still need a power steering fluid change/service, and to have my spark plugs replaced, I will take the Xterra elsewhere. The dealership charges too much for those services. Overall, the experience was so-so. More

After waiting 4 hours for my car to be serviced, it was returned to me making the same rattling and vibrating noise that I took it in for. Even the Valet guy said "are you sure this is your car, it sounds returned to me making the same rattling and vibrating noise that I took it in for. Why they would even give you your car back sounding like this or in the condition it was in, that they charged you to fix??? Completely unsatisfied, and the wait time was ridiculous, why even make an appointment when it takes 2 to 3 hours for an oil change. More
