Brought my car in at 7:45 for my appointment. Was told there were cars ahead of mine and that was fine. I told them I would wait. He assured me he would find me when it was done. I never got a text, call, nor did he find me in the dealerhsip to tell me my car was done. The online service status was on step 4 of 6. I finally inquired at 12:30 if my car was done. They asked if I got a text, I said no. They checked and my paperwork was there. When I drove out at 12:45 pm, 5 HOURS after I arrived, the online service status still said step 4 of 6. Not happy with the customer service of your dealership nor the online service check that should have told me it was done. There are several ways to get notified, and I didn't receive any!! It was a simple oil change that should have been done in a few hours. Please just fix your systems in place. Ken is a great guy and works well with me but totally dropped the ball on this appointment. More

I took my truck for a front brake replacement rotors and pads because when I brake stop my truck something wrong like stop and won’t stop they said that I need a replacement. the service center was fine and Ken was both helpful and knowledgeable. i was a but surprised at the $200 labor per hour charge for repair.
