I came in for an oil change and was provided with the normal recommendation of additional services that should be attended to. All but one of the recommended had already been performed, including transmi normal recommendation of additional services that should be attended to. I got the felling I could not trust service recommendations from the dealership. More

When I first arrived at the service center, I needed a much needed oil change. I was going out of town and their service department wasn't closed yet when I arrived, but I was told they weren't doing any much needed oil change. I scheduled an appointment online for an appointment at Planet Nissan on 12/31/24 @ 1:30pm because I had problems with my car starting two days earlier. I get there at 12:45 only to be told I have to be"treated like a walk in" even though I showed them my online confirmation. They asked if I could leave my car there until Thursday because they closed at 3 and I said absolutely not. I directed them to provide a FREE multipoint inspection. While waiting I heard one of the employees who came out of the service area tell another employee their day was going "slow" which indicated to me that they had the time to service my vehicle. I was then told my car was ready, given my keys and told where my car was parked. Nothing said to me about the results of the inspection, not even a "everything checked out."
