In the end my Altima was fixed and I am very happy with the end result and dealing with Alex. He was given my catastrophe including poor communication and he calmly confirmed the transmission (the 3rd) w the end result and dealing with Alex. My TRUWARRANTY limits my repairs to only Nissan Dealerships, but from now on I will insist on contacting Alex for my car's repairs. More
