Outstanding Service ! I've bought a number of vehicles from Planet Ford over the years, and all services have been performed by them. I would not consider going elsewhere I've bought a number of vehicles from Planet Ford over the years, and all services have been performed by them. I would not consider going elsewhere - for they have never given me any reason to do so. Recently I had need of "parking brake" repair on our 2014 Edge. Explaining to the service coordinator (Crystal) that I had to be a "waiter", she went out of her way to get me in as quickly as possible. My wait was just under 2 hours, and the repair was made at a very reasonable cost. As a bonus, I got to look over some really nice cars and trucks, especially two Ford GTs (NOT Mustangs) that in my opinion are among the most beautiful vehicles ever built! The folks at Planet Ford are terrific. I can't say it any better than that. In my 30 or so years of doing business there, I have never, ever had a problem. Thank you Planet Ford!!! More
Airbag Replacement On this visit I was told initially it would require my car to be there 2 to 3 days. I could not be without my car that long and was told they would a On this visit I was told initially it would require my car to be there 2 to 3 days. I could not be without my car that long and was told they would arrange a loaner for me. I told them I was an amputee and therefore have mobility challenge. When I arrived there the loaner they reserved was a pickup and the rep said he knew that wouldn’t work for me. So was going to get the service (20K checkup and recall airbag replacement) that day. Had shuttle take me home and was to call me later and come get me when my car was ready. That didn’t happen. I had to call next AM to see if it was ready and it was. I had my daughter take me to pickup my car. So I wasn’t too pleased. They were courteous but this is the first time I’ve had a problem. All visits before had been pleasant experiences. More

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE I dropped my Lincoln off for a suspected transmission issue on a Wednesday and was told I'd hear back by Friday. Nothing. I call Friday afternoon an I dropped my Lincoln off for a suspected transmission issue on a Wednesday and was told I'd hear back by Friday. Nothing. I call Friday afternoon and was told it would be Monday. Nothing. I call several times on Tuesday and get voice mail each time. Still no call back. My extended Lincoln warranty covers rental vehicles, but I was told they would have to submit the problem to the warranty company first. I have been without my vehicle for 6 DAYS with no rental. I work full-time, have kids in school, and a volunteer job - sharing one vehicle with my spouse who also works full-time. We recently had our Jeep at the Jeep dealership for service and Jeep's service department was excellent - very proactive with updates via calls and texts, and they only had my vehicle for 2 days! We're buying two new vehicles in the next 2-4 months. Jeep will have our business again. Lincoln WILL NOT. More

Employees nice, valet service excellent, service was excellent. The facility is clean. I do think the parts and labor were, much, much too high.
