Service side is great in , Sales side was challenged in 2017 I have received great service on my F250 when I have brought mine in for one repair and one warranty item. Crystal was exceptionally oriented to customer service. Note that my personal sales experience with them 1.5 years ago (DEC2017) left me a little but to be desired as they could not close on my sale because at the time they could not find the car keys to any one of the several model King Ranch F250's that I wanted to purchase on the lot at that moment in time and asked me to come back in a week - that didn't happen. They offered to throw in a dealer bed liner due to the hassle, but that was insufficient for me to continue the sales experience with them at that time. Hopefully they are more organized today. In any case I strongly support their service teams and parts teams as well as the oil change service down the block. More
Brake job Took it to get a break job but for some reasons the tech and the service advisor where telling me that the rear brake disc they been cut all ready and Took it to get a break job but for some reasons the tech and the service advisor where telling me that the rear brake disc they been cut all ready and needed to be replaced for me I think that the tech told service advisor try to sell break disc instead of cutting them. And so I decided to buy 2 disc. And the other thing is most of the service advisor don’t no how to add the ford pass to get discount because they where asking each other and they where saying I don’t no More
Overcharged Went to quicklane for the works package like I have for the past 4years. After it's done I'm charge for 9 quarts of oil. I paid and told service advisor that my truck takes 7.7 quart since day one when I purchase truck new so always paid for 8.He insisted that it take 8.7 so he charge for nine went home park truck look at level and it's way above max.Next day had to go back to get that extra quart out before it foams in my engine and damages it. Always have a good experience but not this time only reason I take it because I bought extended warranty.So double check so you do not waste time on traveling back to get it correct. Overall great service might of being technician or service guy but it's not good to be going back for double service. Also some seat cover or plastic covers would be great since my seat was super wet from guy performing work More

Disappointed My attorney has to contact the service department for the to fix the radio they were supposed to fix less than a year ago. Once the said the radio was fix now my phone will not connect to it. The service department people said my phone must be broken. The radio was not replaced because it still has the same id number. So did they just put a bandage on it for another year? Very disappointed in the service. More
Fuel Filter Service I visited the dealership quick lane to have my fuel filters changed on my 2019 F350. I am in TX working and I saw this dealership on my way to work. I stopped in and they took care of me right away. The service writer was very professional and answered all my questions. I was in and out in 30 min and I was very pleased with the experience. I will be back for any future services while I am here in TX. More

Take half the day off work I have visited this dealership several times, everything from buying my car here to getting all oil changes here. When I first purchased my car they t I have visited this dealership several times, everything from buying my car here to getting all oil changes here. When I first purchased my car they teased me with the expectation that I would be able to make an appointment and get a loaner for the day so I would not have to take the day off work. I have now had 4 oil changes and this has not happened even one time, every time I call they say it’s unavailable and booked up for the next few weeks, so every time I get reassured that it won’t take very long, so I have made appointments for each visit, but no matter I end up waiting over 3 hours, I have them the mulligan the first few times, but on 4th visit, I now realize this is the norm. This is wrong for various reasons 1. Don’t promise to buyers and then not follow through, I will now never buy a car from them again 2. I paid 50,000 dollars for my vehicle, I would expect that this service would be managed better. Had a Porsche before this and never had an issue getting a loaner for the day 3. My job is very demanding and when I set up my appointments and can not get to them on time makes me look bad I would highly discourage anyone who is looking for good service to go to this dealer More

When I pick up my vehicle they left oil on the windshield of the car you think a person spends $6,800 to fix their car you would think they’ll clean up their mess. This experience make not want to buy a ford ever again More
