Personally I don't deserve one star ATM service departmentis horrible Mike Millen/Tim they have not called back and now they have had my vehicle first time 2 weeks Without giving me a rental car. I had received my car back did saying about the scratch on the roof? Vehicle lasted 200 miles Before breaking down. They have now had my vehicle for 5 weeks still I have not received a rental car form them or a phone call to work this out 4 phone calls Supposed to put a new transmission But somehow now it's a used transmission. As Somebody that works ford with dealer parts I am disappointed So Disturbed With their actions and serviceAt this dealership! More

I am an online buyer and Brodericks, James, and AJ made my experience with buying online painless. Brodericks was able to answer all of my questions and did it with a smile he even sent me a video of my ca my experience with buying online painless. My purchase experience with Planet Lincoln Love Field was nothing short of amazing. I cold called the dealership on Saturday afternoon and was transferred to Tanya who was able to verify the vehicle I wante nothing short of amazing. I cold called the dealership on Saturday afternoon and was transferred to Tanya who was able to verify the vehicle I wanted was available and promptly sent me over the numbers that were requested along with the credit application. I was able to complete the credit application and was contacted by the James in the finance department within the hour who provided me with all of the finance options that I asked for before close of business on Saturday. I was able to finalize the purchase the same vehicle from Planet Lincoln Love Field this morning. I was even able to e-sign almost everything, and my car will be delivered to my home tomorrow morning without even having to step foot in their dealership. If you are in the market for a new Lincoln and want the best sales experience possible I highly recommend you reach out to Tanya and James. Customer for life! More
