To be completely honest, I loved everything about this dealership and company when we drove up.... Although, when I first walked in, I was super apprehensive and nervous given my husband and I were about dealership and company when we drove up.... Although, when I first walked in, I was super apprehensive and nervous given my husband and I were about to look at this luxury vehicle we were potentially about to buy...the moment we walked through the door, everyone made us feel so welcome and that’s when everything changed.... We had been searching for a new vehicle for a while, but so many other dealerships just wrote us off when we walked in....we would wait around for at least 1 hour and then leave. We called Planet Lincoln, said we we’re 10 minutes away (although it was definitely 20 with traffic) and without question who we were, we walked in and were greeted with the most amazing Lincoln Ambassador. I’m pretty sure we’re Planet Lincoln fans for life. And to all the other dealerships...“never judge a book by its cover” More

Nobody, NOBODY, likes doing reviews. Don’t require minimum words, it’s assuring you that at least 50% of people will lie. If I had something to tell the dealership or my salesman I would have by now minimum words, it’s assuring you that at least 50% of people will lie.
