Stay Far Away This Hyundai dealership has the worst service department I have even experienced! I just had my car serviced 2 weeks ago, and the only thing they told This Hyundai dealership has the worst service department I have even experienced! I just had my car serviced 2 weeks ago, and the only thing they told me was that my front brakes would be needed soon. A few days later, I start to hear a crunching noise from my front end. I go to a tire specialist, and they tell me that not only do my brakes need to be done, but also my shocks, struts, sway bar links and my mounting brackets for my struts. How could a service department miss all of this? When I purchased my vehicle, I purchased the Friends for Life program, which was a big mistake. This service department can not be trusted! Take your car elsewhere. In the past we didn’t like taking our car here because billing issues (always overcharging), but this is much worse. How could they send someone home with a front end that is falling apart? So unsafe! Very disappointed! I will be contacting Hyundai regarding issue. More

Worst service experience ever had in a dealership. If they cannot fix your issue they will just say Hyundai has designed it like this. Buy some additional things from us if your c had in a dealership. If they cannot fix your issue they will just say Hyundai has designed it like this. Buy some additional things from us if your car is in warranty and it will be fixed. I first visited them with my speakers gone bad they said they have replaced them but the issue still exists. Now my port wasn't working fine and they are saying it works this way. Hyundai is at fault we cannot do anything about it. Avoid this place because they will least entertain you if you are under warranty as I am sure they cannot make money out of you. More

Great Experience I would like to thank Planet Hyundai for the best experience I have had at any Dealership in years.I wanted to buy the leased Elantra that I purchase I would like to thank Planet Hyundai for the best experience I have had at any Dealership in years.I wanted to buy the leased Elantra that I purchased in California and found out that they are the only Dealership that does not charge a fee in the Denver Metro area. I had no idea how much paperwork had to be done and the time that it would take them to do it. They were all patient and courteous and explained everything through out the whole process and to my surprise they gave me free gifts and detailed my car. All of this was done without spending one dollar out of my pocket. I will be taking my car there for service in the future when it is needed. More

Both my fiancé and I were well taken care of and I felt pretty confident about my car selection due to how I did not feel pressured at all my salesman. Our salesman was quite receptive of finding a vehicle that meet all of the different features we were looking for. Also, we had the opportunity to test drive where I got to learn more about the vehicle on a personal level. Lastly, we were feed some snacks to which made the environemt even more familiar and comfortable.
