It just seems to be a way to avoid that conversation, and to make the client feel powerless in the situation as if they can't do anything and it is "take it or leave it." I may be the only one to feel this way, but from my personal sales perspective turned to a consumer, I would have liked to have had the ball in my hands a little rather than being powerless in the sales persons hands. It is a very minor thing, and overall had a great experience. More
