By now, I should be able to check in online and have to do nothing more than drop off my keys. Check-in and check-out process is PAINFULLY slow, not because of the staff, but the technology. My staff person for check-in and check-out was outstanding and wonderful. Give him all the commission permitted, though I hope he's making enough of a living wage to not require this review. My overwhelming feeling over the years is that your staff, in general, is desperate for these positive reviews in terms of their income. That said, the person who worked with me for this service was not indicating desperation in any way, and was probably the most personable person I've ever worked with at Honda. You should make him CEO. More

The service was great and Paul was great too but the time was too long. I had made a appointment in advance and brought the car for service at 10:30 am.
