I had no choice, but to wait for my car. I did not think it would actually take an hour and a half for an oil change. Also my new car has been shaking when I brake. I told the guy at the front desk he said it would actually take an hour and a half for an oil change. Also my new car has been shaking when I brake. 4 hours to do a 20 minute oil change is unacceptable. Do better. I had to constantly approach them to check on the status of the car, and kept getting told just a little bit longer.
