Frustrating Experience Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the reviews of Planet Honda's excellent service. I purchased my CR-V from Planet Honda and had a nice experienc Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the reviews of Planet Honda's excellent service. I purchased my CR-V from Planet Honda and had a nice experience working with Ed. I took my car there exclusively for service after purchasing it, but I stopped because of the way the service center representatives treated me. The last one was so condescending that I stopped going there. This week I decided to try them again and had an even worse experience. When I made the appointment, I was told to count on 3-4 hours for the work. I arrived on time and was told to expect a call between 2:20 and 4:20 because they were so busy. I got no call, so I called to determine the status and was told they couldn't find out the status. I went to the service center to find that nothing had been done on my car and, if I wanted them to complete the work after the diagnostics had been completed, it wouldn't be ready until sometime the next day. I was never told this could be a possibility and was very upset. The rep who waited on me was rude and unprofessional. The service center was so busy that I actually felt sorry for the mechanics who have to be overworked. Some of these problems could be solved if fewer appointments were scheduled each day, which would allow work to be done in a timely and professional manner. Don't go to this service center if you expect or need responsive service or if you expect to be treated professionally. I will never go back. More

Professional, kings and quick. I took my car in for service. They told me upfront what it would cost & gave a proper estimate of time the job would take.
