I've always been told that dealerships overcharge for their services, but I find PH to be very fair and reasonable. They will only offer additional services when they feel it's absolutely necessary. When the weather allows, your car will get a complimentary car wash and you can't beat FREE snacks and a stellar coffee machine in the comfortable, spacious waiting area. Planet Honda gets my 5-Star rating! More

Took my Honda in for oil change. As part of their service they checked battery. As a result a day later my wife was stranded away from home when car would not start. I had to travel to her location thinking they checked battery. As a result a day later my wife was stranded away from home when car would not start. I had to travel to her location thinking I would have to jump start car. I discovered that battery cables had been left loose. Once I tightened them the car started right up. Sloppy work.
