I was very pleased with my service at Planet Honda Golden. I brought my car in for an oil change and oil filter change. They also thought I needed the tires rotated. It slipped my mind that I had my tires rotated at Costco not many months ago. When my car was ready they reduced the estimated cost because they said my tires didn't need rotating at this time. The representative initiating the check-in process was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding my vehic exceptional in every way. 1. The representative initiating the check-in process was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and the services needed, based on the current mileage on the vehicle. 2. The service technicians were prompt and were observed to take care of the passenger compartment of the vehicle ( cleanliness covers on the seating/floorboards). The service was completed within the time projected. 3. After waiting 40 minutes to see a service rep, I was told the service, which included mounting new snow tires, couldn’t be performed since the tires were purchased elsewhere. However, when making the appoint the service, which included mounting new snow tires, couldn’t be performed since the tires were purchased elsewhere. However, when making the appointment, the new tires were unavailable at the dealer. I was told by Doug ? to bring with me new tires acquired elsewhere. Although I was misinformed by planet Honda, there was no accommodation for the mistake. Although I have had my vehicle serviced there before, I doubt that I will return again. More

These guys take great care of my old 2005 Element. The 100K checkup/tuneup increased my fuel mileage to 27. Pricing for oil change was high-69 bucks. New to dealer and was not offered lower cost option. Was not offered a car wash either. Asked about it, but the person who normally completes the wash was not ava and was not offered lower cost option. Was not offered a car wash either. Asked about it, but the person who normally completes the wash was not available. Was told i could come back another time for the wash. Pros Clean waiting area and bathroom. Free Drinks while waiting. Service seemed quick for as busy as they were. Waited about an hour and 30 mintues. More

I took my truck in for oil change and to fill fluids in my truck it was perfectly fine it was just maintance The next day my radiator cracked and my truck was smoking took it in again it cost $1,200. Had a scheduled 8am oil change. Was told that car would be done by 9am. Service wasn't done until after 9:30 and I couldn't get service department to check me out for another 20 min. Nobody seemed concerne be done by 9am. Service wasn't done until after 9:30 and I couldn't get service department to check me out for another 20 min.
