outstanding service on a complicated AC problem for my beloved CRV!! Daniel in Service department was very helpful and fair about the work needed-kudos!! Best service department we have used in Fla, Calif, and Co. We have always had at least 2 Hondas which are serviced at Planet Honda. My wife went in for maintenance and tires rostered on her 2021 Honda Pilot. We also needed to get a tire patched that was losing air on the front left tire. Turned out the tire wasn’t patchable, which was fi 2021 Honda Pilot. We also needed to get a tire patched that was losing air on the front left tire. Turned out the tire wasn’t patchable, which was fine. It was $250 for a new tire which seemed high but I paid it anyway. I noticed driving home my front right tire slowly losing air. When I got home I looked at it and it had a nail in the same place my left tire had a mail in. The next day I took it back to the dealership and told the service department I thought they changed the wrong tire because I immediately noticed the tire leaking again. They service rep said there was nothing they could do about it and it would be another $250 to fix the right tire. What are the chances I drove over another nail in the same tire location within a few miles of the dealership after just getting my other tire changed? I’m convinced the service department somehow changed the wrong tire and then charged me twice for one tire. Either way, I have lost trust in Planet Honda and will not be back again. More

The service department employees are so helpful. I hit a curb and my car was making a scraping noise. I was 30 miles from home and came in to see if it was ok to drive home. I didn’t have an appointment but they fixed the problem enough for me to drive home while I had coffee and cookies in the nice waiting area. More
