I arrived 10 min. early and was immediately directed into the service greeting area and Levi was at my door to get my vehicle information. He led me inside and pulled up my file noting that we had postponed a service and would I like that done today. I got my husband on the phone and Levi explained the cost and that we could do the service in "parts", schedule out a few months if that would be helpful. That is what we are doing. Today's service had no charge as it was covered in our "lifetime" service package. It would take 2 hours. I waited in their spacious, pleasant waiting area. Helping myself to coffee, water and fresh fruit and of course, WIFI. They do provide a shuttle service to local shopping area but I enjoy the down time. Done just under two hours. My car had been washing and the inside "dusted". They make getting service a pleasant experience. More

However, their service department seriously needs to go to customer service 101 school. Our '16 Civic has been doing this grinding noise on startup, this issue has been documented through Honda and multiple other owners of the same vehicle has the exact same issue, to the point where Honda released a TSB on it. We had to bring the car in multiple times for their technician to "duplicate" the sound. So somehow, I hear the noise on the daily basis yet their technician can never ever duplicate it or hear it? It took multiple tries before they finally agreed to fix it. Then there's their awful wait time. It takes on average of about 30 minutes of waiting in line to drop off the car (and that's with an appointment too), then another 45min-1hr to pick up. Also, they don't ever call you to update on your car, and they don't return voicemails either. The texting system to find out the status of your vehicle was a complete joke as well. Then there's the whole their parts department does not talk to their service department, so when I already paid for a part through the parts department, the service department had absolutely no idea that happened and tried to charge me for the part again...........not to mention they even got the wrong part. All in all, great car buying experience, but absolute horrible service department. More

Service I was there for an oil change. The work was done in a timely manner and the vehicle was clean. Levi made me aware of other services available but ther I was there for an oil change.
