First time service I was glad I could do a review. My experience was awesome and now a days that is rare at a car dealership. Did not buy my car here because sales manag I was glad I could do a review. My experience was awesome and now a days that is rare at a car dealership. Did not buy my car here because sales manager treated my wife and I poorly. The service on the other hand was 5 star. I dealt with Nate and he was a professional and treated me with respect. I had warranty items and they were taken care of in a swift time frame and he even washed my Pilot. Came back a couple of days later for an arm rest and I was in and out quickly. I will most definitely be coming back here for all my future service. Thanks Planet More

I was told that they would look for somebody to run me to Denver West for lunch. No one told me anything until I checked 45 minutes later and then was told the shuttle didn't run till 1. At 1 p.m. I was told my car would be ready in 20 minutes so I waited. My car sat on the lift for 45 minutes without anyone touching it. Meanwhile the service advisor went to lunch. More

Wow what a dealership I’ve had trouble with this dealership every time I’ve come in, it seems like they take advantage of my wife when she brings her car in. They did a service, two weeks later the battery blows it’s top, and spreads battery acid all over the engine compartment. They apologize and replace the battery but don’t clean the engine compartment. Wife went in for an oil change, by the time she got back there was no oil in the vehicle because they forgot to put on an O ring. Engine was making a lot of racket. They changed the oil, but told my wife that sound is always been there it’s the noise the fuel injectors make, but the vehicle never made that noise ever. Now they left scratches on the vehicle from working on it and they want to charge me to fix it. Don’t Go there your vehicle will come back with more problems and when you started More

They make it easy Went in on Tuesday afternoon to see about replacing a wheel bolt which I over tightened and twisted off! Had an appt the next morning and they had it Went in on Tuesday afternoon to see about replacing a wheel bolt which I over tightened and twisted off! Had an appt the next morning and they had it fixed and ready to go in 45 min. Super nice folks..... and as a side note it worth visiting if only to see how fast their garage doors go up. Lied About a Clutch Replacement. ZERO STARS!!! Planet Honda quoted me $2,420 for a new clutch which is ridiculously high to begin with I thought. After calling around and getting t ZERO STARS!!! Planet Honda quoted me $2,420 for a new clutch which is ridiculously high to begin with I thought. After calling around and getting three different quotes at $1,300, $1,400 and $1,500 I decided it was time to go elsewhere due to them averaging $1,000 more than everyone else in town. After getting my car over to Randy at A-Afordable Transmissions, who I highly recommend, he was able to get it in and look at it right away. He told me it looked as if someone had suspiciously drained my clutch fluid and the reservoir completely. Both signs of a leak and not something that just drains this much over time he said. After filling my fluid he told me my car worked fine and I absolutely did not need a new clutch. He charged me zero dollars so instead I bought him a case of beer. The people at Planet will rip you off and just want your money. Go elsewhere, shop around. Zero Stars to Planet Honda! More
