While waiting he told me my brakes were at minimum so I said to do the brake job and I'd wait. He gave me the additional extra time estimate. Then the car was ready an hour earlier than expected which of course made me really happy. I always have a good service experience at Planet Honda. More

Outstanding Service & Follow up! I contacted Planet Honda service after having problems with my stereo cutting out and then my EPS light coming on. The steering was hard to control. I contacted Planet Honda service after having problems with my stereo cutting out and then my EPS light coming on. The steering was hard to control. I googled the problem and found other Honda Fit owners having the same issue,and being told,it,was,their EPS unit going out. They were also saying that the had to pay around $800 to have it replaced. I was concerned as this was going to be a large chunk of money! I was able to drop off my car the night before and the next morning I received a call from my service guy that it was only a battery cable that was loose and that they were not going to charge me! I was very thankful to Planet Honda and I would highly recommend them for service and purchase of vehicles! I plan on buying my next vehicle from them as I have,always had great service! More
Expectations set, met, and improved upon Has an unknown engine issue that popped up Friday evening that required some investigation and then repaired. Since it was the weekend, was given a M Has an unknown engine issue that popped up Friday evening that required some investigation and then repaired. Since it was the weekend, was given a Monday appt. I dropped the vehicle off Friday night, and they were able to get to it on Saturday, including the full required repair, + two additional add on items. Weekend not a total loss! First ever issue on my 10yr old vehicle. Extremely pleased! More

Service is the best! I purchased my CRV in 2005 and have used planet Honda for service since that time. The service writers are great and Levi has always taken wonderful care of me and makes sure I understand what is being done and why.
