They literally put you 1st and the little things (snacks, water, purifier to refill your own water bottle & the glass coffee cups for coffee or tea) are such a nice touch that make you feel right at home! Superior salesman, amazing experience & Impecable dealership. I bought my last Honda from Honda 104 & unfortunately I cannot say the same, after the sale was final I was handed the keys & went on my way. More
Pricing for oil change was high-69 bucks. New to dealer and was not offered lower cost option. Was not offered a car wash either. Asked about it, but the person who normally completes the wash was not ava and was not offered lower cost option. Was not offered a car wash either. Free Drinks while waiting. Service seemed quick for as busy as they were. Waited about an hour and 30 mintues. More
I took my truck in for oil change and to fill fluids in my truck it was perfectly fine it was just maintance The next day my radiator cracked and my truck was smoking took it in again it cost $1,200. My experience at Planet Honda was the best!! My last car purchase was at Subaru and the experience was not good at all. I called Josh as our business sometimes works with Honda and Hyundai. Neil spent a lot of time assisting me to find the right car. He was very patient and always answered my questions. I was buying a used car due to mine being totaled. They were waiting for a part and it took about 4 weeks. Neil called me at least twice a week to keep me updated and was always there when I came by to "look at it again". Everyone I came in contact with was always instantly asking if I needed help, checking on me while I waited and was always pleasant. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to Planet Honda or Hyundai. I ran into Josh at my place of business and he asked me all about my experience with genuine interest. You deserve 10 stars, but they weren't available. More

Had a scheduled 8am oil change. Was told that car would be done by 9am. Service wasn't done until after 9:30 and I couldn't get service department to check me out for another 20 min. Constant runaround after spending close to $40k on a new vehicle purchase. I would never recommend this location. The GM manager, John Osbourne is rude and condenscending and lacks sincere compassion for his customers. I have owned nothing but Hondas for 30 years and I have never been treated with disrespect like this dealership has portrayed. Two months ago I escalated this to Honda Corporate and I have still not heard from anyone at this location to assist me with a solution. Planet Honda is holding a refund check for an used service agreement which I was only given a 84% refund on. This is the shadiest Honda Dealership in the Denver Metro area. I'd suggest that NO ONE use this dealership when making a purchase. The GM John Osbourne and the Finance Director Dess Dobrosi should be directed back to Customer Relations 101. If I treated or spoke to my customers the way I have been, I would not have a job! UNNACCEPTABLE!! More
