Thanks for the visit, Tyler. Honda vehicles (and really, all vehicles) moved to synthetic oil (full or semi) and the raw material is simply more expensive. I paid $99 for an oil change on my wife's Subaru at Mike Shaw last month. Sorry about the car wash. That is on us. We normally run every car through our wash. We aim to do that 100% of the time, weather-pending. All told, thanks for your business.

Daisy, Sorry to read this. I took the time to review your visit details. Your Ridgeline came in for an oil change. We changed the oil. Our technician performed and inspection and did not detect any issues. Your drove it home and found it overheated the following day. Your radiator is cracked on the bottom. When we performed the radiator repair, we did not operate on your starter. While I understand this is frustrating. I can say with integrity that your starter was fine when you drove the vehicle home. I am sorry you are having vehicle issues, but we are not causing these issues. Cars simply wear down.

Wendy, I took the time to speak with John to get caught up on this. We clearly upset you and I wanted to get everyone together to better understand how and where we dropped the ball. I understand the crux of the issue is that you are looking for a refund for cancelled maintenance/protection options. This is where we screwed up. We received the cancellation request and our accounting office sent that refund to the lienholder, not directly to you. Our accounting office is newly staffed and this mistake is certainly a rookie mistake. We called Capital One and they did indeed cash that check. They confirmed that they will be sending you those funds, but they will not share the timeline with us. We urged them to take some urgency on this, as it is your money and I understand your frustration for this delay. We are genuinely committed to doing business in a transparent and helpful manner. We don't like letting our customers down, so we hope you will accept this apology, and take comfort in the knowing that the monies are headed your way from the lienholder .
