By Dec 31, we were ready to do the deal, but were waiting on two dealerships to get back to us with the answers to our final questions concerning leasing (we had never leased a vehicle before). Nick from Planet Honda, who had worked extensively with me in answering all my questions, was the first to call back on that day. We set up an appointment that afternoon and within a few hours closed the deal. Nick even informed us the lease on the car we chose would be $20 less per month because it had 65 miles on it instead of the 10-15 miles. Tony helped us through the waiting time while the paperwork was being prepared and was another fine example of their staff. We did noticed a few small scratches and a small spot on the upholstery, but Nick had Austin schedule us with a time to have their specialists come out to the shop and fix those issues. They even had a shuttle to take me back home and then pick me up from Arvada so I wouldn't have to make arrangements for another driver. Gary from Arvada More
