A surprisingly good experience We first enjoyed being able to look at cars on the lot without being swarmed by vultures posing as salesmen. Then, when we went inside to ask questio We first enjoyed being able to look at cars on the lot without being swarmed by vultures posing as salesmen. Then, when we went inside to ask questions, one person greeted us at the door, answered our questions, researched and found the model and color we wanted, took us for a test drive, and continued to help us through the process. She was well informed, but when we asked something she was not sure of, she went and asked someone else or researched the answer. She just didn't tell us she didn't know. She was friend, helpful, knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. When we decided to purchase the car, she continued to be helpful and even offered to deliver it to us (we lived out of state) when the features we decided to add on were completed. The person who did the paperwork was equally as knowledgeable, friendly, and, again, not pushy. The manager called us the next busy day and apologized for not being able to meet us and asked if we received good service, and if he could do anything else for us. He made us feel like he really cared that we purchased a car from his dealership. There was no haggling over the price and we felt we got a fair deal. More

Vacation Emergency While our family was on spring break in Colorado, our Honda Odyssey blew a spark plug and as a result we were 1200 miles from home and without a car. Mark Rainey and Pat Fogarty were there to make this overwhelming situation as easy as possible. Mark identified the problem with our Odyssey quickly and gave us as many possible solutions to the situation as he could quickly and accurately. Once we decided that a new car was the only course of action Pat Fogarty immediately stepped in to get us in the right car at the right price. Although this spring break didn't go exactly as planned we have great memories of the Plant Honda in Golden.
