The financing was also a good experience, no pressure, and I didn't feel they were trying to talk me into anything. the only reason I gave four stars instead of five is the service department was not a good experience. I bought a used Mini and was not kept informed as to what was going on from day to day. I had a 7am appointment to have the AC system checked and at 4pm I called them since I had not received a call from them. I ended up taking the car to the Mini dealership myself. Keeping the customer informed is a very big part of sales and they failed there. Im glad from this point forward I only have to deal with Schomp Mini dealership and not Planet Honda's service center. More
