It was very relaxed atmosphere without the traditional slick feel you get from other dealers. She and the team were very flexible in allowing us to try the car, walk through 3rd party comparisons with competitors, and ultimately were very accommodating and made the buying process very easy for us when we purchased a Pilot a few weeks later from Monica. More

And of course be ready for the hard sell about all the extra dealer options and extended warranties that are available.
