Second, we were told that we would hear back yesterday if the car would not be finished. We brought it in on a Tuesday and this was a Wednesday. Nobody returned our calls. We needed to know because we have a rental car to return. We are now nearing the end of the day on Thursday, we received a call from a young woman saying our parts were in, we didn't order any parts, so obviously that is why they did not get it finished yesterday, but still no call. Where is the customer service folks! More

Planet is by far the BEST experience I have EVER HAD. The pricing is straight forward, the trade values are straight forward, and the staff is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jahneil Johnson. He is personable, knowledgable, and just a pleasure to be around. I also worked with the GM Scott, and the Finance Director Joe.
