Excellent sales. Very poor process for cash buyer. A hail storm had totaled our 2010 Honda Fit. Two days later we went in to pick up new vehicle with intention to pay cash. All went very smoothly until time to write check. It then took 2.5 hours to meet with Tony in Finance to write check. Mel did everything possible to keep us engaged during wait (showed us features of new car, introduced us to Maintenance Department, brought us snacks, etc.) On a scale on 1-10, we would rate Chad and Mel a "10". At one point we were so irritated by the wait we almost walked out. Little sense of urgency on part of Finance consultant to finalize our sale. We waited 2.5 hours to complete a 15 minute final payment process. More

Works for me I have been going to Planet Honda for years to service my Honda Accord. In all of those years, I have only had one problem with a service person and h I have been going to Planet Honda for years to service my Honda Accord. In all of those years, I have only had one problem with a service person and he was subsequently let go. Beyond that, it has always been a pleasant experience and the work has always been performed correctly and within the price range and time frame originally quoted. I bought my car there and always have it serviced there. What more recommendation is necessary? More

Don't go- Unauthorized charges- car in pieces I brought in my van for a diagnostic check and was told it would be $75. The staff called to indicate the issues/ problems/ repairs needed that were I brought in my van for a diagnostic check and was told it would be $75. The staff called to indicate the issues/ problems/ repairs needed that were over $8000! It was clear that they were just trying to gouge the customer for every penny of unnecessary work. I wanted a second opinion and told them “no” to the repairs and would pay the agreed $75. The staff said they had to "take apart" the engine to complete the diagnostic which would be over $400 of labor needed to pay. I was never called to discuss this additional service/ cost nor did I authorized anything more than the $75. If they couldn't do the diagnostic under the $75, then they should have called to explain what was the next steps and cost. POOR customer service. The van was in pieces and they won't put it back together without payment. What a scam! Don't ever go to their service and repair department if you want honest and fair service!!! More
