Waiting time was not long, nice waiting area with Wi-Fi. When my car was finished they went over all the stuff they checked, what exactly they did also suggested what to get looked at in the future. Vehicle was not on lot as I was told Called dealer first thing in morning to make sure the vehicle I found on website was still available. They said it was. Called back a few hours later Called dealer first thing in morning to make sure the vehicle I found on website was still available. They said it was. Called back a few hours later to confirm appointment to come look at it, still claimed it was available. Made the hour long trip to dealership just to find out the vehicle was not there. No one seemed to know where it was or when it was sold. Claimed they had no record of it. I even showed them their listing on line. Salesman said he would have a manager come speak with me to explain the issue. Waited and no one came. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience and a big waste of time. More

Not a big deal though as everything worked out just fine. The only other issue I had was they hid the warranty cost in the payments telling me the warranty would only cost 6 or $7 more a month but it was actually $40 more per month. I would still recommend them just have them give you a more precise breakdown of how the monthly payments work More
