However, their service department seriously needs to go to customer service 101 school. Our '16 Civic has been doing this grinding noise on startup, this issue has been documented through Honda and multiple other owners of the same vehicle has the exact same issue, to the point where Honda released a TSB on it. We had to bring the car in multiple times for their technician to "duplicate" the sound. So somehow, I hear the noise on the daily basis yet their technician can never ever duplicate it or hear it? It took multiple tries before they finally agreed to fix it. Then there's their awful wait time. It takes on average of about 30 minutes of waiting in line to drop off the car (and that's with an appointment too), then another 45min-1hr to pick up. Also, they don't ever call you to update on your car, and they don't return voicemails either. The texting system to find out the status of your vehicle was a complete joke as well. Then there's the whole their parts department does not talk to their service department, so when I already paid for a part through the parts department, the service department had absolutely no idea that happened and tried to charge me for the part again...........not to mention they even got the wrong part. All in all, great car buying experience, but absolute horrible service department. More

Terrible customer service! broke down out of town, in contact with the service department prior to a two-hour tow 20 yr old girl arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they broke down out of town, in contact with the service department prior to a two-hour tow 20 yr old girl arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't even help her make a key for her car! Love the Honda No Haggle experience. The Planet Honda showroom was lovely and I was allowed to look around and was not approached until I obviously appeared to have a question. Then the most pleasant salesperson (Jahneil) instantly arrived and allowed me to steer the discussion about what I was looking for. In other words, there was no pressure at all. I test drove my car of choice (2017 CRV EXL) and was completely impressed. I had previously viewed competitor cars at other dealers and those cars did not even come close to the beauty, quality and impressive handling of the CRV. The timing for my purchase has changed somewhat, but when I'm ready it will definitely be the CRV at Planet. More
