The overview of all the new car features was a bit excessive, but maybe necessary for other customers. There was an issue with the trade-in with the original Audi financing on the trade (and probably dishonest Audi Financial Services), it was really hard to get a response from Planet Honda that there was a problem in the first place and second what the resolution was. Called or emailed the sales guy, sales manager, financing person and eventually I had to get the GM involved, where simple communication, acknowledgement of the problem, and what happening to resolve the issue would have been less stressful and less hassle. btw- this was our 3rd new car purchase from Planet Honda. Follow through, returning calls, or returning emails by Planet Honda would have raised this to a five star experience. I _might_ be back in a year for Passport, or I might try a different dealer if the Passport is still what I'm looking for. Undecided... More
