My 2018 Accord was electrically dead after 6 days at the airport, and behaving strangely even with a jump start, and it ending up getting towed. I figured I was going to pay a lot to get it fixed. CAVEAT EMPTOR Purchased a Used Subaru Forester on 7/3 and returned on 7/7. The Good: Bradley Nudell is a genuine, pleasant salesperson. He is cordial, profession Purchased a Used Subaru Forester on 7/3 and returned on 7/7. The Good: Bradley Nudell is a genuine, pleasant salesperson. He is cordial, professional, and made the vehicle purchase process easy. 5-day Money Back Guarantee. The Bad: After arriving home from the dealership, a trusted family member who works in the Hail Repair industry, noticed hail damage from afar and commented. Upon further review, it was clear that there was hail damage in a myriad of areas on the vehicle. Although I test drove the vehicle, I did not recognize there was hail damage (white vehicle on a cloudy day and I’m no expert). Shame on me and lesson learned. The hail damage was NOT reported on the Carfax record and the signed disclosure paperwork (by myself and the sales/finance staff) stated there was “No Hail Damage”. I immediately contacted Bradley and he was quick to respond, stating that he was unaware of the damage himself. However, his Sales Manager did acknowledge that when the dealership purchased the vehicle they noted “light hail damage”. The vehicle was NOT advertised with hail damage and was certainly NOT priced to reflect this damage. The following day, the General Sales Manager, Jeremiah Watson, contacted me with an offer of either credit towards my loan or cash towards the repair. Unfortunately, the offer was not even 25% of the cost to repair the vehicle fully. Jeremiah was uncourteous and spoke in a demeaning manner, citing his years of car sales experience, causing me to feel uneasy and belittled. At one point, he even said that “I was trying to trap him in legalese for leverage” and that I needed to recognize their offer was generous. Jeremiah insisted it was an “honest mistake”, however at no point did he make an effort to ask what I felt would be a reasonable offer to make me whole as a customer. I did not expect to be fully compensated, yet the offer put forth in “good faith” was laughable at best. It was not until I informed Jeremiah that I would be returning the vehicle, that he offered to utilize the dealerships’ Hail Damage Specialist to repair the vehicles’ damage. The best analogy I have for this situation is; Planet Honda burned down the bridge of trust on their own accord, yet expected me to help rebuild it. The silver lining was the 5 day Money Back Guarantee. More

We visited the dealership several times before purchasing a car and were warmly greeted each time. The people were friendly and properly wearing masks. The restrooms were nice and clean. The sales person and his manager were super helpful and knowledgeable, and the finance person worked with our less than stellar credit and found a loan with acceptable terms. Overall we feel they went above and beyond to help us even though we were credit-challenged. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase, but we also didn’t feel forgotten because of our poor credit. We will definitely consider purchasing from them again and we will be coming back for oil changes and other services. More

trade in - new car purchase yesterday I wrote a negative review about plant Honda in Golden CO - today 7-1 -2020 I went back to Planet Honda in hopes of getting some type of work yesterday I wrote a negative review about plant Honda in Golden CO - today 7-1 -2020 I went back to Planet Honda in hopes of getting some type of workable solution with the 2016 I wrote about yesterday - they were very understanding and more than fair on a trade-in for the 2016 - with that trade in I was able to purchase a new 2019 fit and then went on to purchase a 2018 CRV - the staff Dess G - Brad N and David M were all very helpful and knowledgeable and although car purchasing is time consuming with a lot of paper work they moved things along in a timely - manner - I did have a couple of ?'s when I got home and contacted Brad and I'm going over tomorrow to learn how to do a better job of working all the gadgets - they did explain them at time of sale it was all on me - forgetful I am - I have purchased several cars from Planet Honda starting in 1982 and I will continue to deal with them and would recommend them if your looking for a car More
