The overall buying experience was good. Ed Muller was pleasant to work with. My only complaint was the detailing. They said the car would be detailed and I left it till the following day. Inside the console it was very dirty and didn’t even looked like it was vacuumed:( I guess at the very least they could have done that. Had to go do it myself. The purchase of my new car was very simple fast and efficient. Mackenzie Todd was my sales woman whose customer service was excellent and very detailed in all of my questions and needs. Finance was Jhon Pistel, who was also extremely helpful in the process and making sure I understood paper work along with warranties. Brian kotlarek in the service was pretty helpful in getting my windshield replaced and my topper recall fixed and great customer service. My only problem with planet honda the detail team, they did a poor job getting my vehicle detailed getting rid of the dog hair between the back seats, and left the car on empty in fact was so bad that Makenzie was trying to clean it up for me before I left the lot. She scheduled me to come in and have it detailed while getting my windshield repaired as well as getting a 1/2 tank of gas put in. Picked it up Wednesday morning from Brian and it looked the exact same way with no gas and deep scratches on the inside of my car which looks like something medal was dragged across it. I lifted the seats to see if it was clean and still the dog hair(I am super allergic to) I asked Brian if he could take it back and have them clean it. The car comes back the detail guy speeds around the corner into the service garage and slammed my door, I come into the garage look at the guy and he just walks away, I look in the car still nothing cleaned. At this point I am irritated because not only am I now late for work but my new car has new scratches and still has not been detailed. Brian told me he would take care of me if I bring it back. Love my experience with planet Honda customer service and detail seems to be something they pride themselves on except the detail team, which cause the 4 star rating. More
