Took my Honda in for oil change. As part of their service they checked battery. As a result a day later my wife was stranded away from home when car would not start. I had to travel to her location thinking they checked battery. As a result a day later my wife was stranded away from home when car would not start. I had to travel to her location thinking I would have to jump start car. I discovered that battery cables had been left loose. Once I tightened them the car started right up. Sloppy work. The overall buying experience was good. Ed Muller was pleasant to work with. My only complaint was the detailing. They said the car would be detailed and I left it till the following day.
