I brought my 2004 Honda Element to Planet Honda for an acceleration problem in February 2020. After multiple visits and service on March 12 , 2021, sugar was found in my fuel tank. The technician I worked with Chris Davis stuck with me and this problem 1000%. I authorized an exhausting amount of service $2,884.00 to uncover the problem. Once the problem was identified Chris and Planet Honda continued to work with me and my auto insurance company to resolve related repairs needed. By using only Planet Honda made the effort more manageable and brought to a satisfactory conclusion. More
I felt comfortable with the sales rep, Ricky Banegas. Initially contacted him online and he sent me some info on cars until he found the right one for me. He spent a lot of time answering questions after the test drive. If a sales rep seems too "pushy" it makes me want to run away. Ricky never made me feel that way but he did go out of his way to serve my needs. I'm used to haggling for the best price but this dealership gives discounts up front, take it or leave it. I thought the price was fair. Also want to give a shout out to Collin, the employee who took care of my paperwork. Such a personable and efficient young man. More

I went there because Manager Buzz Selle wants to buy my Colorado. Friendly and helpful. Yhis is the first time I learned about this Honda Dealership. I went there because Manager Buzz Selle wants to buy my Luxus SUV. And I end up buying a new 2021 Honda Passport elite. I never planned to buy a car that day. I was waiting and went to show room looked around, gentleman named Christian Nielsen asked if I need any help I said looking after a few questions from me Mr. Nielsen went out his way to answer my questions and showed me the vehicles. I was very impressed about his knowledge and helpfulness and friendliness I decided to buy a Honda Passport from him. I was treat fairly on pricing, rebates in detail. I have been bringing my car here for regular oil changes etc. since I bought it in 2013 never had a problem until last Friday 02/12/2021 took my car in for scheduled oil change was told I needed brake fluid etc. since I bought it in 2013 never had a problem until last Friday 02/12/2021 took my car in for scheduled oil change was told I needed brake fluid changed I asked how much more time would be needed he said 45 minutes I agreed. after 45 minutes my car was brought up to the side where the waiting area is it sat for a half hour rep did not come to let me know I finally walked over to his desk and asked about it he told me he had been really busy with customers and told me to go sit down in the waiting area and he would get to me another 15 minutes went by before he finally came to get me he was very arrogant never apologized for the wait .So in all I waited 45 minutes for him to do his job .When my husband called later to complain the lady that answered said hold on came back saying the rep and the service manager were both busy so we should leave a detailed message for the manager so that cut us off after about ten seconds never got a call back. The service rep on the paperwork was Chris Davis and manager was Juan. My appointment was at 9:15 that day. I have never had a problem prior to this very disappointed. More
