Quite frankly the attitude of the people we have encountered in their service department is terrible and quite obvious they don't care. My wife dropped off her 2022 Explorer for diagnostics for a s encountered in their service department is terrible and quite obvious they don't care. My wife dropped off her 2022 Explorer for diagnostics for a suspected electrical problem (Second time in roughly a year so those thinking of buying from this dealership and this car take heed.), the person she spoke with would not give her an estimate as to when it might get seen, when I called today to get an estimate so I can adjust my work schedule to work from home I was on hold for 30+ minutes before I hung up. I then called both Tomball Ford and Gullo Ford in Conroe and within a combined 10 minutes had talked to a technician and had estimates. Two care and one doesn't, you decide who you want to give $40,000+. More

Service engine notifier came on in my wife's vehicle. Called the service center twice in one day trying to schedule an appointment. Both times I was on hold for 40 minutes before I hung up.
