Hannah was simply great! I don't like the car buying process, but Hannah made it easy and quick. After a month, we checked back with Hannah, and she had a comparable truck, that had just come in, to the one I was ordering. Once I evaluated the truck and verified, I wanted it, the buying process took about an hour from start to finish when I walked out the door with keys in hand. Hannah made it so easy. A few weeks later we were at the dealership for my truck when my wife found the car, she had been looking for, so we bought it on the spot. Hannah and all the staff at Planet Ford gave us a great experience. Would highly recommend Hannah to anyone! More

I just can’t say enough great things about Terrance and Planet Ford. We were going through the Costco auto program and Planet Ford was the only Ford dealer in Houston that we could use. Terrance called Planet Ford. We were going through the Costco auto program and Planet Ford was the only Ford dealer in Houston that we could use. Terrance called us right away after I submitted our online request and he walked us through the inventory he had, sending pictures and videos (because we live so far away). Unfortunately, they didn’t have what we wanted, but Terrance wasn’t deterred and helped us order exactly what we wanted. It took about two months for it to come in, and as soon as it was there he called. He emailed over the buyers order, we went through a couple of things over the phone and made an appointment to come in. I was actually excited to meet Terrance because he was so nice during the entire process. He was even better in person! Who knew buying a car would be so pleasant?!?! David, the finance person, was equally as nice and knowledgeable. We felt like we had a great connection with both of them. Between the Costco auto program and how professional, straight forward, and honest Terrance and David were, we would definitely go back to Planet Ford!! More
