Very sleazy sales techniques. I was quoted a competitive price on the car, but when it came to paying, they purposely did not show me any listing of the charges and just told the me the final ou competitive price on the car, but when it came to paying, they purposely did not show me any listing of the charges and just told the me the final out the door price, which, stupidly, I paid. When I looked more carefully, I had been charged almost $200 dollars for a book of service coupons and another almost $200 for adding extra security numbers engraved on the vehicle. No one had ever told me to my face during the sales process that I was being charged for these items. I still get burned about it. Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will never see another penny of my money. More
