There are things that I think could be done a bit better, but overall, this was a slam dunk experience and I would gladly come back to buy again. Bought $93,000 truck, waited 9 months for delivery with minimal communication, took delivery from sales person that basically handed keys off with no additional discussion. Within 3 days had some intermitt minimal communication, took delivery from sales person that basically handed keys off with no additional discussion. Within 3 days had some intermittent sound cutting out on radio. This was dismissed as probably nothing wrong with truck. Five days after delivery had total failure of lights and all electrical screens and lights. Told "nothing we can do about that, unsafe to drive, take to neatest dealer". Almost 2 weeks later, no repair. After numerous conversations, told to take it up with Ford. Customer service rep there is trying to be helpful, said she had multiple complaints about Planet Ford. All of ads with Randal Reed awards displayed aren't doing me any good. If choose to business here, brush up on Texas Lemmon law. More
