I worked with Clinton in Collision - and what was the most stressful week of my life became so much more easy to handle. He explained the process better than my insurance (Geico) did for me, and made this incredibly simple. He made sure they got all of the right parts and fixed everything that was impacted. I really appreciate how well this went, and will continue going to this dealership - which says a lot, because I typically work with small local garages, rather than large dealerships. However, Planet Ford is fantastic (sales, service and collision). ------------ Jan 2024: Literally the easiest car buying process I’ve ever gone through in my 21 years of owning cars. I told them the exact car and all of the numbers I wanted, they moved super quick before I even came down, got me an extremely fair trade in value, and didn’t go through all of the usual car buying lines or try to drag another dealership or car, but focused on the deal we were discussing. Minimal negotiating and no outrageous replies. In a 200 mile radius, I could not find an Explorer that compared to this price, feature set, and/ or condition. Worked mainly with Justin Odle and spoke with Michael Bliss. Highly recommend them both if you want to skip the xx car sales lines (“but this deal is only good today”). Also the finance guy is great. (Dennis I think?) Gets you through paperwork quickly and doesn’t hammer you on warranties - he mentioned then, answered my questions, skipped them and moved on. I bought the Ford one through them (not a third party warranty, i don't love those.), because... I'm that kind of person. (If my car explodes in the future I’ll update this review.) More

My service provider, Simon McCary has Always been BEYOND amazing. He's informed, helpful and cordial. Deal with Simon has been flawless. However, I was recently in an accident which is never fun. My collision provider Eric Renteria was super helpful. Literally zero hiccups. Simon even made sure my truck was serviced while it was there having the collision work done. I can't imagine buying my trucks from any other dealership. More

When a customer makes an appointment, they expect to actually have an appointment. I made an appointment for an oil change at 1030am. We didn't get out of the dealership until 115pm. Just shy of 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (We were surprised they did, as the last 2 times we were pretty sure they didn't. We made sure to mark the tires this time, just to be certain.) That's ridiculous how long the service took. I've worked in the industry before doing this and more. I could go literally across the street and get the same service done in 15–30 minutes including the wait in line. This is most likely the last time we get both our cars serviced at Planet Ford. Service General Manager: If someone makes an appointment and is on time, and is waiting for the car, get them in and out fast, or you're going to lose customers like my family. My Service Manager did a good job, even gave a discount that we didn't ask for the delay, but 3 hours of our day was wasted. Going to Valvoline from now on, faster, more convenient, and I don't have to make an appointment. More
