I visited Pittsville Ford on Saturday, July 31 to check out the used car inventory. The salesperson who came to greet me was Cody. I had a problem with my car (one that wasn't purchased at Pittsville) and I stopped at the dealer I got the car from for repairs and advice. I was told that I needed about $1200 worth of work. I decided to go ahead and just look at trading my vehicle in instead. I met with a salesperson, picked out a car and went over figures. I agreed on the figures, however, when I went to pick the car up I was told the car was sold. I was furious. They didn't even call to tell me, they let me find out when I got there. I spoke to a friend who recommended Pittsville Motors. Cody came and picked me up, went with me to get the car, brought it back to the dealership and found that the only immediate work I needed was to plug a hole in the tire. They did advise that it was time to get new tires, but they said that I didn't need the rest of the work. I was still interested in trading- they found a car that I wanted and went over the figures then delivered the car to me the next evening. My whole experience with Cody was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was most accomdating with all that we asked of her and then some, we just went to look and compare but she made us feel so at home (as if we had known her all our lives) that we rode away with a different vehicle that very afternoon. Kudos to Pittsville for having a great sales person with her abilities - all of the personnel down there that we encountered that day - some of which we knew - were extremly nice - we just felt like we were home and they have become a new addition to our family.
