First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck.
