Fill car up with gas and it stutters and runs rough. Took in for repairs and said $3200. Dollar to replace defective torque converter at 70k miles. I asked what does filling up gas have to do with a tra Took in for repairs and said $3200. Dollar to replace defective torque converter at 70k miles. I asked what does filling up gas have to do with a transmission torque converter? No clear reply. They installed torque converter in about 2 weeks. After picking it up, 2 days later filled it up and it’s doing the same thing. I’m out $3200. Dollars, have the same problem and need to find someone knowledgeable to repair. Good thing is planning on buying a new Ford truck, spoke with the salesperson Kemp, very professional and polite. My service issue let me know if you can’t repair what you sell, it’s of no value and a bad investment. I can’t recommend this dealer at all. They misdiagnosed my problem and I’m out $3200. Dollars for an unnecessary repair. More
