knowing sold a defective car I had to replace the trans after 1 month and 2000 miles. My mechanic told me based on the overfilling of the fluid and the burned oil smell, whoeve I had to replace the trans after 1 month and 2000 miles. My mechanic told me based on the overfilling of the fluid and the burned oil smell, whoever sold it to me KNEW there was a problem with the transmission. I hate when a seller lies to me and fails to disclose all that they know. There was a another smaller problem which came up prior to this. They knowingly sold me a problem car. I would not trust these guys. The female manager said she only knows about selling and knows nothing about cars. The owner knew the lemon laws tried to mitigate the damage with his gabbing. No action. They don't care. While I was there, another guys drove 2 hours to buy a car only to have it sold out from under him. The son of the owner blamed "a new employee" who didn't tell him he needed to leave a deposit. More
